How Checkout Works
Before placing an order, you see the price of each item, the standard U.S. shipping charge of $7.95 (free on orders of $75 or more), and the full order total on the checkout page. Nothing is charged until you submit the order.
Payment Methods We Accept
We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — through our secure online checkout. We do not request payment by wire transfer, money transfer apps, gift cards, or any offline method.
Payment Processing
Payment is submitted over an encrypted connection through our online checkout. After a successful checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
Order Review & Fraud Prevention
Some orders are reviewed for payment verification, address verification, or fraud prevention before shipment. If an order is selected for review, shipment may be delayed until the review is complete, and our team contacts you if we need anything further.
Billing Information
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information. Mismatched or incomplete details can cause an order to be reviewed, delayed, or cancelled.
Handling, Delivery & Returns
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 1–3 business days after shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
